2018-19

Congratulations to FIVE Port Hole authors who have placed as Finalists in the 2018-19 International Book Awards! David Fenwick (Jesus - His Story) and Ned Hickson (Pearls of Writing Wisdom) placed as Finalists in the 2018 competition, and Chefs Robert and Sharity Saia (The Center of the Plate), and Mike MacIntosh (For the Love of Mike) placed as Finalists in the 2019 competition. These are amazing accomplishments, both for the authors and our publishing house!

HARPER COLLINS ARTIST ILLUSTRATES SECOND BOOK FOR PORT HOLE

Spring 2017

Deborah Maze, illustrator of the Harper Collins Little House and Narnia Chronicles classics has illustrated her second book for Port Hole. One of our Learn-to-Grow books, the lively fantasy adventure, The Boy in the Mountains, by Ken Olson, was released May 2017.

BILLY GRAHAM FAMILY INTRODUCES MACINTOSH BOOKS

Port Hole has contracted with acclaimed pastor/teacher Mike MacIntosh for four books, three of which are foreworded by Billy, Franklin and Ruth Graham. For the Love of Mike, his biography written by Sherwood Wirt, was released in February 2017.

Publishing has changed, for the better and for the worse. Both authors and publishers face more opportunities and more pitfalls. Depending on the project, we offer contracts based on standard royalty agreements, or "cooperative" contracts requiring author investment.
